This ground-floor casita has a living space of approx. 75 square meters and has 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite as well as 1 spacious living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette. The special thing is a tastefully separated additional sleeping area (bed width 140 cm) for 2 people, which cannot be seen. The furnishings have been designed to be bright and modern with a touch of vintage, giving the casita an interesting and loving character.

On the huge property there is a 2500 square meter well-kept garden with native plants and trees for free use. Outside there is the 10 x 5 m pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing as well as a siesta bed and an outdoor toilet. In front of the casita, an authentic dining area with an awning awaits you for cozy hours together. Free parking spaces are available on the property.

On the same property there is also a main house, which is rarely occupied during your well-deserved vacation and you can therefore use the entire property alone. Furthermore, this holiday casita has its own entrance gate, which is monitored by video for your security, but does not affect your privacy. The distance to the beach is only 800 m and can therefore be reached on foot or by car in just a few minutes.

This holiday finca will give you as a guest a feeling of rest and relaxation. Of course, you will be looked after on site in German, English or Spanish.
