Important information about booking: Cancellation policy
(It is recommended that you take out travel cancellation insurance.)

The customer can do so before the start of the booking period by making a written declaration to the manager withdraw from the booking. The time of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal is decisiveAdministrator. If the customer withdraws from the booking, he will be entitled to a flat rate compensation from the managerexpenses already incurred and the lost profit in the following amount:

 

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

 

- from booking up to 50 days before departure you will incur costs of 5% of the total amount

- from 49 days until the start of the trip you will incur costs of 10% of the total amount

- from 35 days until the start of the trip you will incur costs of 30% of the total amount

- from 21 days until the start of the trip you will incur costs of 80% of the total amount

- from 14 days and in the event of no-show you will incur costs of 100% of the total amount
